- A 2006 USDA-Conservation Innovation Grant entitled, "Improving Conservation & Ag Economics with WQ Credit Trading & the BMP Challenge" uses trading and a BMP risk guarantee to improve the usage of conservation practices by corn producers and late adopters. The BMP Challenge is being implemented in 12 states and the combination with trading in MN and PA. See BMP Challenge.
A Preliminary Draft White Paper examines MN agricultural participation in credit trading.
